Artwork must be submitted by email.  It should be drawn with a thick dark marker, on white paper.

Please include your order number with your artwork submission, or simply reply to your order confirmation.

In order to preserve the beauty of this product, we recommend refraining from putting it in the dishwasher.  

All embroidered, laser engraved, and vinyl products produced in house may take up to 7 business days in production.

All wooden step stools, treasure boxes, and peg boards may take up to 6 weeks.  The holiday cutoff is November 26.

All Butterscotch Blankees, and Mezuzzahs may take up to 8 weeks.
