Non-personalized orders ship within 1 business day. Please ensure your shipping address is correct prior to submitting your order. Once the order has shipped, we are unable to redirect the shipment.
Turnaround time for personalized items averages 7 business days. If you need an item rushed (2 business days) there is a $12 fee.

Orders over $300 before tax will ship for free. If your order is less than $300 before tax, you will be charged a $10 shipping fee.

Pickup at our office is free! Once your order is ready, you will be contacted and asked to confirm a pickup time.

Toronto Local Delivery:
We offer local delivery for $10 in Toronto if you are shipping within 8 KM of our office. To see if you qualify, you will be given the option when you checkout. Once your order is complete it will be delivered the next business day. There is no tracking available, so please be sure to check your porch.
USA Shipping:
All orders shipped to the USA are $30 CAD via Canada Post, and $50 CAD via FedEX
International Shipping:
All orders shipped internationally (excluding the USA) are $100 CAD
