If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact customer service within 48 hours of delivery.
How to return:- If you placed a full-price non-personalized order (an item without personalized text or images), you are eligible for a refund if postmarked within 30 days of delivery
- We accept exchanges of non-personalized items within 7 days of delivery. Return shipping is at the cost of the customer.
- We reserve the right to deny any return if the merchandise returned does not comply with our Returns policy
- Non-personalized merchandise must be returned in its original condition, unwashed, unworn, with tags in place
- Once we have received your return, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original form of payment. Please note that your banking institution may require additional time to process and post this transaction to your account.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer, contact us if you have any questions.
- Personalized items may only be exchanged (not returned) if they are defective, or if we have made an error in spelling or product. We are unable to provide an exchange or refund of a duplicate gift unless it was duplicated on your registry.
- We currently do not accept returns on international orders.
